I’m a mom, stepmom, woman of color & speech-language pathologist (SLP) specializing in early intervention & preschool. 

I went from overwhelmed SLP, worried I could never do enough to make a difference – to expanding my impact by supporting fellow providers and caregivers.

It wasn’t always easy…

I know the Joy & the Struggle that can come with early childhood intervention because I’ve been on both sides of the table. 

  • I’ve been that burnt-out clinician drowning in paperwork.
  • I was that overwhelmed mom concerned about her child’s development
    – while getting zero sleep between the tears (the baby’s & my own).

Challenges We Face

Three issues impacting client outcomes & clinician well-being:

recreating the wheel for every single session
